geoAMPS has been acquired by Irth Solutions, a Blackstone Portfolio company and leading provider of damage prevention and risk management software designed to improve the resiliency of critical network infrastructure. The geoAMPS software solution for managing land rights and infrastructure assets will still be available to our global customers under the Irth brand. Our solutions and off-the-shelf products were developed through collaboration between industry and technology experts and align with Irth’s mission to capture the full contextual understanding of infrastructure assets in a geospatial temporal framework. As part of the Irth team, we will continue to create products that reflect our commitment to our partners and clients by bringing them increased opportunities, efficiencies, automation, and a single source of truth.
