Founded in 1985 originally as a book publisher and distributor, GEOPHIL has expanded into IP development, distribution, and global coproductions. Drawing from its history of bringing stories to life on the page, Geophil, since 2019, has collaborated on films and TV series across genres such as Indian regional language movie Kappela, Ela Veezha Poonchira, and upcoming Turkish series Alaca. Led by Managing Director Robin Philip, the company acts as a bridge between production companies, broadcasters, and platforms from across the globe sourcing material (often adapted from books) and linking the right partners together.
