Adults with ADHD report extreme frustration due to their inability to complete projects and make their ideas come to fruition. ADHD does not impact IQ but is associated with decreased executive function; crucial for planning, organization, and task completion.
Stimulants are commonly prescribed, yet many find non-medical tools like therapy, coaching, workbooks, and timers beneficial. However, online tools that have been developed for productivity are built for neurotypical users, and do not help people with ADHD get more done.
We are creating a digital health application that guides adults with ADHD to complete their tasks and achieve their goals in a dynamic, personalized, and clinically supported way.
