Founded in 1970, the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies (SCS) offers a wide range of degree programs and applied learning experiences to a broad and inclusive community of students and professionals. SCS, now located in the heart of Washington, D.C., gives students the opportunity to make learning work with their busy lives: Full-time or part-time schedule options, supportive academic services, and educators who take a personal interest in student success. The School of Continuing Studies has fulfilled Georgetown University's mission of educational outreach and inclusivity by offering a wide range of educational options. Our School now offers more than 600 courses, undergraduate and graduate degrees, advanced professional certificates, customized education, special programs, and much more.
