Is this you? You are a man and have reached a certain age and are stuck in a rut. You may have run out of motivation, that inner drive or passion – and are struggling to know what to do with the rest of your life. Something is missing. It could be that you are searching for an inner purpose. A dream that you wish to fulfil. These problems can sound a little heavy, but these issues amongst men are genuine. Men with these issue are likely to ask themselves, 'So what now?' and 'Is this all there is to life?' and maybe 'I've never amounted to anything.' And maybe consciously or unconsciously, they are likely to be asking themselves ‘Why me?' or 'Why am I in this position?' and 'How on earth do I climb out of this place I'm in?' Personal issues amongst men are at an all-time high. They feel threatened and vulnerable, and with the amount of information, it isn't easy to know where to turn to. But first and foremost, let me tell you that it's not your fault. I worked with 100's of men over the years, and at some point, I have all asked the same or similar questions as above. It's okay to be where you are, as at least you recognise there's an issue. And by the virtue of the fact that you are reading this, you are highly likely to be looking for a solution.
