The new GeoScout AIRD-1 integrates the proprietary overlapping rotor design with the power of miniature turbines and variable pitch control to redefine UAVs. The result is a platform that can lift payloads up to 40 kg and fly for up to 200 minutes and can reach 105 km/h. Don’t be shackled to the limits imposed by heavy batteries. The AIRD-1 provides long flight times, high payloads and high reliability - key attributes for commercial and industrial applications. The addition of on-board power generation further removes the need to carry batteries to power payloads thus extending payloads and flight times. And with GeoScout’s overlapping rotor technology, this is delivered in a craft footprint of only 2.3 m in diameter.
