Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, the Geospatial Research Centre (GRC) provides product development in addition to research and consultancy services in the fields of positioning and orientation, with particular expertise in sensor integration, image analysis, data visualisation and electronics.
Founded in 2006 and operating as a private limited company, GRC is a joint venture (spin-out) between the University of Nottingham (UK) and the University of Canterbury (NZ) as such the GRC team includes experienced research scientists and engineers as well as PhD and graduate students able to support a range of geospatial technologies and disciplines including:
