O Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Fruticultura da Universidade Federal de Viçosa (GEPFRUT – UFV), visa difundir, discutir e compartilhar conhecimentos básicos através de capacitações internas, minicursos, palestras, acompanhamento de produtores e reuniões semanais sobre as novas tecnologias relacionadas a fruteiras tropicais, subtropicais, temperadas, melhoramento de fruteiras, manejo, qualidade pós colheita, dentre outros relacionados.
Buscamos também auxiliar na melhoria do setor de fruticultura. Além disso, ajudamos na divulgação e organização de eventos, como: palestras, minicursos, oportunidades de estágio, notícias e novidades sobre a fruticultura brasileira.
