With the first clay bricks handmade and fired on site in 1929 in a temporary kiln established by the Calligaro family, Geraldton Brick is Western Australia’s oldest clay brick manufacturer that is still operational. These days Geraldton Brick is owned by Geraldton born and raised Mark Blayney, with clay bricks and pavers now being supplied throughout Western Australia, nationally across all of Australia and to a healthy international export market. One of the strengths of Geraldton Brick is our ability to work closely with Architects and Builders alike to assist at design phase by developing the perfectly aligned product at a conceptual level. Using locally sourced clays that are renowned for being some of the finest in the country, we produce a high quality product that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also has the structural integrity to stand the test of time. Geraldton Brick is well known for our ability to match existing brickwork regardless of previous manufacturer/supplier, or time of construction, and have been chosen for involvement with many trusted projects such as the restoration and renovation of the historic St Georges Cathedral in Perth, Western Australia. Range Geraldton Brick offers an extensive range of clay bricks and pavers from Federation style through to 2-course creams, with almost anything able to be made to order to suit your requirements. We are one of the few manufacturers that still has a wet tumble range of bricks to provide that unique handmade feel, or we can have your selected brick dry tumbled to give it that rustic heritage look. We are also unique in the fact that we are happy to discuss any ideas or concepts you may have for your pending construction project and are keen to work together to make it come to fruition.
