ReadyTrack (formerly known as GERE - Global Employment Ready Education) is on a mission to help close the tech-talent gap by fostering a more equitable world. ReadyTrack equips diverse and untapped talent with the skills and relationships needed to launch tech careers. We focus primarily on people of color, women, and individuals making under $35,000 annually. RT’s tuition-free program takes a holistic approach focusing on tech and power skill development, mentorship, and career and confidence coaching, to prepare learners of all backgrounds for a paid apprenticeship in just 30 weeks of part-time training.
