My name is German Ramirez, and I’ve been in the internet longer than Google. I started with the internet and e-commerce in the mid-1990s and discovered a passion for crafting and chronicling the love story between technology and humanity. I’ve had the privilege of pursuing this passion ever since – as an entrepreneur, employee, co-founder, investor, advisor, coach, lecturer, author, and public speaker. The learning curve in this sector is dynamic and evolving – and the source of the many stories and hard-won lessons that I share in my articles and keynotes. Since 2013, I’ve been focused on the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystem, where I’ve created, grown, and advised projects, brands, and businesses of all sizes. I am an avid believer in the tremendous value of brand equity as a strategic tool for generating marketing ROI and have developed a proprietary, proven methodology for building brand strategies that deliver. As an award-winning brand strategist, marketing, growth, and business development expert, I have guided global brands and corporations through successful innovation and transformation processes – covering sectors as diverse as FMCG and retail to financial services and emerging technology. As an author, lecturer, public speaker, or moderator I translate experiences, ideas, and visions into relevant stories that connect, provoke, and entertain through topics like branding and marketing strategies, digital transformation, social media, personal branding, and much more. As a serial entrepreneur who has founded seven companies, I’ve felt the pressure of a hard pitch, sweated through the fear of rejection, basked in the sweet sunshine of success – and supported more leadership teams than I can count through the same experiences.
