Get My Refund is Australia's 1st first Claims Management Service to provide refunds that are owed to consumers from overcharging of fees and the mis-selling of policies and fees on a wide range of financial products. These refunds are owed to millions of Australians because of the systemic issue of mis-selling in the financial services industry over the last ten years, and beyond.
We launched in 2018 and have so far refunded $2m to Australian consumers who have been mis-sold financial products such as credit card insurance, tyre and rim insurance and extended warranty protection. Our success rate is 98% and our average refund is $4200. The time is taken to receive a refund currently averages 45 days.
