Get Oldham Working

Get Oldham Working is a Council service that aims to help people find work and training opportunities. The Careers Advancement Service (CAS) is a project set up by Get Oldham Working to helps move employed residents into better paid jobs. Each resident who signs up to the programme will receive a service tailored to meet their needs - helping them to climb up the career ladder. Our highly qualified careers guidance team will provide 1-to-1 support and help with a personalised development plan All our CAS coaches are qualified and experienced to deliver the National Careers Service to enhance the support available which includes access to local training and additional support services.
