Get Your Talent is a Hamburg-based recruitment consultancy that tries to do things differently in the difficult recruitment services market. We are recruiters ourselves and are aware of the difficult relationship between companies and consultants. Therefore, it is our claim not to sell but to advise. With this in mind, we have developed our Headhunting as a Service (HaaS). HaaS combines the advantages of traditional personnel consulting and interim management: focus and specialisation on the one hand and good support, a special candidate experience and fair conditions on the other. This model is ideal for individual assignments, but you have enormous savings potential, especially in the case of multiple placements, as we only charge you for our time and effort and not commission. In addition, the model allows us to approach candidates in line with your employer brand by creating and sending job and company folders. In the GYT-Interim segment, we provide you with interim managers and freelancers in the areas of general management, HR, finance, logistics and supply chain management, IT, tech and product management and general project management. We maintain a pool of experienced freelancers who are available at short notice and are happy to put you in touch with each other. In the area of interim recruiting, we draw on our own team and will be happy to put you in touch with one of our experienced freelancers.
