Lost $30M because of bad credits. I’d been a full-time real estate investor for twenty-three years prior to 2008, but failed to maintain an excellent credit for emergencies. At that moment I realized I had hit bottom of the bottom. As I signed for that $21,738 car loan at the dealership, I was determined to face and deal with one thing that I had neglected for too long - credit. After returning home with the new car, my credit education obsession began. Four months into it with thousands of hours obsession I was able to have fixed my credits and I was lendable again. Seven years later (2020) I still able to continue maintaining my perfect credit scores. This excellent credit enabled me to buy our family home, paid off my family/friend loans, accumulated over $7 million of real estate again, and most importantly I now have access to over $300k credit lines. With oxygen you can survive but to thrive you will need excellent credit. Credit is fixable!
