Let’s get this clear from the start, I don’t have all the answers (nobody does), I’m no guru (beware of gurus) and I am not perfect (not yet) but I am a highly qualified business person who possesses the knowledge, the tools and the desire to help you to achieve your goals. In addition to almost 25 years experience in Sales & Marketing Management, Business Development and Training I am a committed life-long learner with a post graduate certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Trinity College, a Masters in Marketing Management from the University of Leicester as well as a BA in Marketing Management, Innovation and Creative Thinking from ITT Dublin. Our WHY: We love to coach small business owners and share the journey that often starts in a place of frustration, lack of confidence and develops into confident leaders that nail their goals, empower their teams and realise their dreams. There is nothing more rewarding than being a witness to this kind of change. ARC: In ARC, I am building a visionary coaching practice dedicated to helping business owners to achieve their dreams and goals. I work with clients who are ready to commit to working hard, having fun, achieve their dreams (believe it or not many people have a deep rooted fear of success) and have a positive impact on everyone around you.
