GeTech S.r.l. was founded in 1999 by Luca Gennasi and Rocco Giacotto. Initially established in Minerbio, it moved to its current headquarters in Villanova di Castenaso in 2012, a key industrial center just a few kilometers from Bologna. The new, larger, and more strategic venue allowed the company to take a leap forward in the setup and use of an automated logistics system, which still stands as a point of pride. In 2004, GeTech began participating in various international trade fairs, an experience that quickly led to the acquisition of its first foreign distributors and the temporary opening of a commercial office in Germany, later merged with the central headquarters in Bologna. In the following years, strategic operations were perfected to give greater visibility to the company's brand and depth to its product range. The company's core business involves supplying technical industrial items in both the industrial and civil sectors, divided into four product lines: • Anti-vibration supports and plates (Flexo) • Leveling and maneuvering elements (Compo) • Straps and closing elements (Kiudo) • Rubber and plastic tubes and articles (Plago) Approaching the eve of 2019, the 20th anniversary of its foundation, the group, led by the founders who are still actively involved in the daily life of the company, is more than ever ready to face new challenges and solidify its reputation in Italy and around the world.
