Galaxy was founded by a small business owner who was fed up with paying ridiculously high fees to accept credit cards and never getting his merchant account questions answered. His business-owning friends had the same complaints about merchant services agents: lots of promises, zero follow-through, and laughable customer service.
Motivated by his experience with the payment processing industry, he set out to provide merchants with the absolute best customer service — essentially, the exact opposite of what business owners had come to expect. The superior customer service paid dividends. Hundreds of customers and over a decade later, the Galaxy team is still dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
