Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 3

GETM3 is a consortium of international higher education institutions and employers aimed at developing excellent practice for universities, employers and students/graduates to improve the management of global, entrepreneurial talent. Focused on countries and regions 'in transition' and using state-of-the-art knowledge, we will work together to research, develop and implement innovative practice. Our aim is maximum impact for our regions, employers big and small, universities and individuals for us all to make better use of the entrepreneurial talents of young people. Our principles are international collaboration and the open sharing of knowledge, skills and resources.
