Get Me Therapy

There are people who want to feel better but don’t know how therapy works. And there are mental health professionals that have qualifications but either do not have any clients or do not have the resources to help clients change their thoughts and behaviour with regular follow up. We at Get Me Therapy fill this gap by creating an educational community that people can trust and then connect them with a professional. Parallelly, our programs equip them with techniques they can use to help themselves for a lifetime by helping them understand as well as change their thoughts and behaviour.
