Hey! I'm doing this podcast because I love movement more than anything else in life. I would never stop running around in parks, climbing trees, and playing with animals if I could. Parkour, a movement based sport, has a special place in my heart because it taught me how to love myself, love the outdoors, life and reintroduced me to living life in the most philosophical way.
