We are building a way for: 1) Users to pay-per-view to access content they want to read/watch/listen to, through micropayments. 2) For publishers, a new way to monetize (besides ads & subscriptions) their content. We do this by creating an online wallet for users which they can use to pay for individual articles, or access the entire site for the day. This wallet, once created by a user, works across websites, so multiple publishers benefit from users signing up. For publishers, we provide an alternative revenue stream, an alternative way for users to try their content (compared to free tier), and access to a new user segment.
