PREPARE is a youth-led digital platform that empowers vulnerable communities to anticipate and act on climate and disaster risks. By integrating anticipatory action, citizen science, and localized data, we co-develop tools and solutions that strengthen resilience across agriculture, health, education, biodiversity, and food security sectors. Our platform combines geospatial mapping, early warning systems, and community-driven risk assessments delivered through both mobile and web applications. PREPARE promotes inclusive climate action by transforming local knowledge into actionable insights for timely and targeted decision-making. Our mission is to democratize disaster and climate risk information, support locally-led resilience, and ensure that no individual in community is left unprepared in the face of a climate crisis.
