Rentd is like no other platform currently allowing users to conclude the entire process of renting or letting your home via an application. We at Rentd are creating a new eco-system in this very old fashioned market. We cannot deny that technology has not already entered the residential rental market, however we can say that our technology shall make it seamless for the user to achieve their goal with near no human interaction. Our product shall relieve tenants and landlords from all the aggravation currently involved everyday in the market. We would also like to make it clear that our platform is free for the tenant and is at a fraction of the price a current landlord would pay for the services provided. London has become a city of renters for generations to come due to the difficulty of buying a home. People rent for 9 years on average and over 50% of the capital is in the rented sector. The government has been trying to create a solution for the amount of fees tenants are paying and Rentd tackles this problem head on prior to any fee bans taking place.
