getResQ911 was formed from decades of experiences in the Dispatch center helping us to recognize the crisis in and implications of severe understaffing within the PSAP. Our mission is to work together with agency management and the hero's under the headset to supplement understaffing with highly qualified, motivated and experienced 911 Contract Telecommunicators.
