Getting a Medical was founded in 2011 and is a nationwide service provider of driver medicals, operating in 25 locations. We carry out medicals for those who drive for a living when they start driving and need an initial assessment.
Medicals are straight forward and consist of a questionnaire about medical history with a licensed doctor, blood pressure is taken and vision is checked using a chart. The information is then sent back to the governing body.
Getting a Medical is also the DVLA’s largest supplier for drug testing and are partners with National Express and Arrivia.
