The BOOST! App makes every day healthy living easy. It stimulates long term physical and mental wellbeing by focusing on body, food and mind. This means listening to and bonding with your body and mind, and a boost for health and happiness.
Celien Rombouts, anti-diet dietitian and intuitive eating coach, and Gudrun Hespel, personal trainer and psychologist, combined their passion and knowledge and created the BOOST! app together with their team of experts. They have one mission: help as many people as possible with their mentale and physical health.
BODY: BOOST! wants the users to bond with their body and love to workout. The app offers a large variety of home workouts like cardio training, yoga, pilates and pre- and postnatal video's by several enthousiast, professional instructors. Users can track their workouts in an activity tracker to keep up with their physical wellbeing. New fun workouts are added frequently. For the gym lovers, gym workout plans with clear instructions are also available.
FOOD: BOOST! wants the users to finally break up with dieting by listening to their body and love themselves. The app provides weekly menus and over 700 recipes in fun categories like kidsproof, quick & easy, veggie and vegan, for every moment of the day. It also shows the most healthy choices for a given products per supermarket to make healthy grocery shopping easy and stress-free. The educational foodthemes provide the user with information about healthy eating habits.
MIND: BOOST! wants the users to have a positive and relaxed mindset. The app offers a variation of mindset themes to help the user coping with issues like perfectionism, timemanagement, emotional eating, dealing with stress and perfectionism. A daily mood tracker helps the users to keep track of how they are doing and includes tips to improve their mental wellbeing. Meditation, mindfulness and yoga videos help to calm the body and mind.
