We have large group training classes designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they are. This is LEGIT Large Group Personal Training!! Our team of experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way, providing personalized attention in a class setting while utilizing advanced fitness technology and supporting you to reach your full individual potential.
If classes are not your preferred option, we also have 1:1 Personal Training - an even more individualized approach and specialized to your specific goals.
Looking for nutrition guidance?? We can also work with you to construct a meal plan that works for your life, your needs, your likes and dislikes, so you can fuel your body for results.
The Z-FIT Community is not limited to the building. We work hard within the gym walls but also enjoy time together outside of them. We have a Run Club that meets on Sunday mornings. We also participate in activities together such as OCR Races, Hybrid Fitness Challenges, not to mention "Gym Night Out!"
