GFD Management AG is an Information Technology Company and distributes fmWEB software for Facility Management and ERP solutions. GFD Management AG was founded in 1999 and started as a consulting firm in healthcare and medical practice management software (InterTrac/Lotus Notes) and later on expanded its business to Facility Management. Projects in different industries such as manufacturing (Contraves), servicing and maintenance of private and business properties, laboratories etc. were realized. As early as 2006, the company developed it's first mobile application with Pocket PC Devices (HO IPAQ), running on Windows Mobile 5/6 and SQL Server 2005 Merge Replication In 2010, GFD Management launched it's first web-based software fmWEB (Vancouver 1.0 version) and gradually expanded the software into a global facility management application for government-owned biological laboratories. Followed by projects in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Healthcare, the software acquired "Best of Web 2.0" status in Europe. The status of best was granted due to the easy customization of the software by means of a so-called "Intellizer", which enables to adapt the software to any business requirement as needed. Since 2010 we realized projects as a subcontractor to the US government which finally resulted in a cooperation with the Joseph Phillips Group in 2014 and a partnership with Best CMMS PLC in 2018, which is now our distributor for the Americas. The product meanwile changed its name from fmWEB to "Best CMMS", accompagnied by complementary modules for mobile devices, Service Requests and an integrated BIM Management module. A KPI performance monitor, Trouble Ticket Management, Labor Tracking module, Alerting System and a sophisticated EDMS Document Management System completes the overall functionality of the software. The BestCMMS application software runs on different Operating Systems and databases.
