GFG Development Group is a Real Estate Development company in Sugar Land Texas. The executive managers have a combined 80 years of real estate experience, in commercial and residential developments. Our vision as a company is to continue the majority of our activities in the multi-family sector of the business. We plan on continuing to capitalize on the great opportunities in the south west Houston areas, because of more affordable land prices and less competition. Our target markets are cities between 10,000 – 20,000 in population in the Gulf Coast region area.
