GFL is the acronym for Global Fortune Limited. It was adopted as our brand in 2016 and was one of the many reforms that prepared us for the challenges and opportunities ahead. Our company started in 1950 as a trading company for textile machineries, the company was based in Hong Kong and active in the Southern part of China at the early stage of business. During that period, we covered a wide range of textile machinery sectors e.g. spinning, weaving, dyeing & finished, and lately we focused mainly on the printing sector. All our suppliers are top-tier industrial brands coming from different parts of the world. In 2011, GFL opened it’s China office in Shenzhen while remained headquartered in Hong Kong. Then we opened our Guangzhou and Wuxi offices shortly. 2013 marks a new era of the company. We entered in cooperation with Kornit - a leading direct-to-garment printing solution provider. Also in 2013, the blooming glass fiber industry in China drew our attention. To seize the opportunity, we signed up the strategic cooperation with Dietze + Schell GmbH. Dietze + Schell is one of the leading companies in the area of high quality precision winders and yarn refining machines. Dietze + Schell have been delivering their high-end machineries to more than 80 countries for over 60 years. Italy’s SIMA s.r.l, joined Dietze + Schell group in 2013 also, has been recognized throughout the world as a leading authority in manufacturing machinery for making twines and ropes - from all natural and synthetic fibers with widespread applications in agricultural and industrial end uses. By taking part in glass fiber, carbon fiber, and plastics industry, GFL staged a breakthrough into new industrial horizons. This matches with our company’s core direction “We Bond Industries”.
