GGCLaw is led by Mr Glenn George Cheng with 30 years experience in a unique offering of “cradle-to-grave” project life-cycle advice, including contractual advisory services, legal opinions, claims and defence reviews (“sanity checks”), consultation on contract controls and risk mitigation, negotiation preparation and planning, guidance for dispute avoidance, advice for SO dispute referrals and references to DAB/DRB, as well as in formal dispute resolution encompassing international and domestic arbitration, mediations and other forms of ADR. We bring streamlined, direct Partner (principal) access without featherbedding of fees and throwing multiple bodies at every problem – big or small. In terms of efficiency amid areas of work traditionally (and sometimes notoriously) over-lawyered, this is a good thing to have on each of the above-described categories of work.
