SOBREPEÑA Dedicated and detail-oriented business leader with 11 years of professional experience in multiple fields (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations), including 8 years of entrepreneurship. Gen’s expertise lie in agile learning and execution, mastering new fields, and problem solving. In 2014, she co-founded Nuthera (stands for “Nutrition Therapy”, previously known as Paleo Manila), a nutrition therapeutics company based in Metro Manila that offers meal plan subscription for weight management and various medical conditions. She handled its Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics until she served as its CEO. With a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, she co-founded Nueva Ice Cold Enterprise (NICE) in 2019, a purified tube ice manufacturing and distribution plant in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, and is currently its CFO handling both its Finance and Human Resources. In 2021, she began her consultancy services through GS Consulting. She now serves as Consultant and fractional leader to multiple SMEs, focusing on HR organizational development and business strategy planning & implementation.
