About Us The Ghana Learning and Development Network is a community of Learning and Development professionals dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation. This provides a platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and resources to enhance individual and organizational performance. The Network serves as a center where professionals with knowledge in training, organizational development, instructional design and talent development, come together to exchange knowledge and expertise. GLADNET offers a supportive environment where professionals can seek advice, share best practices, and learn from one another's experiences through regular interactions and knowledge-sharing activities.
