Our business reflects the history, tradition and legacy of Massachusetts. Everyone knows New England and Massachusetts for being GREAT in so many aspects. We have great sports teams, great events that shaped our country’s history, great famous figures -- you get the direction we’re going with this. So it should come as no surprise that when Great Hill Consulting Group was founded, we wanted to reflect that adjective - GREAT It all starts with the name. For those of you that don’t know, Massachusetts is derived from an Algonquin Native American word that roughly means “at the great hill”. We want our roots to be strong to create a great legacy. They say that when you are given a strong name with meaning, that you eventually become it. So that is where we begin. We use modern technology such a Customer Relations Management system to stay up to date and speed with what our client’s need from us and what our employees are doing daily. This allows for efficiency and marginal error. This allows for up to the minute information we can send to our clients. This allows for more productive meetings and evaluations of our results and employees. Overall it helps us be more accountable for you. We utilize our employees to stay connected with our client’s customers. Even though technology can keep us organized and get us to the customer, we would like to say, our employees are what maintains the experience. Our employees are trained on how to be the best version of themselves for the customer. After a customer experience, they will really feel what our clients brand stands for and offers. Our results are measured based on the client’s satisfaction. Using technology we will get live, up to date results, about any given measure that we can pinpoint and perfect our craft on. We focus on the customer experience for our clients so we not only want to generate new customers but we are looking to bring better quality and a long term customer. Our mission is to emulate the word Great. We will work with only the greatest of people. We will help people discover their greatest goals and achieve their greatest accomplishments through passion, hard work and development. Our clients will only see the greatest results.
