Welcome to GeN lab - a research lab at the Water Resources Development and Management Department, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, headed by Prof. Idhaya Chandhiran Ilampooranan. This lab aims to redefine the perspectives in agriculture and water resource sectors by integrating remote sensing, artificial intelligence, big data, and process-based modeling. Our mission is to develop innovative solutions that enhance crop productivity and water potential while promoting sustainable management practices and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
