De ontwikkeling en de productie van de eerste Ghibli stofzuiger dateert van 1968. Ergens in een garage ten zuiden van Milaan werd deze vervaardigd. Vandaag 50 jaar later is Ghibli&Wirbel een belangrijke speler in de Europese reinigingsmarkt. Naast de stof-en waterzuigers zijn er nu ook schrobautomaten, éénschijfmachines en textielreinigers in het programma gekomen. Steeds met een uitstekende ratio prijs/kwaliteit en made in Italy!
