Ghilardi+Hellsten Arkitekter

Ghilardi+Hellsten Arkitekter AS is an Oslo based practice founded in 2005 by Franco Ghilardi and Ellen Hellsten. The office is engaged in architecture, landscape and urbanism as a common discipline. Our portfolio consists of small, medium and large projects which are now being developed and executed. We provide architectural and planning services on all levels, from concept design to design development, detailing, construction supervision and approval process management. We also provide services in execution of complete regulation plan documents in sosi formats. We are continuously working with consultants in engineering, landscape, infrastructure and environment in Norway and abroad, and we can execute all our project documents in Norwegian, English and Spanish. The office working method consists on developing ideas and concepts that override solutions through exploration, tactics and critical testing; we continuously research on landscape, art, film, materials and virtual tools to define and extend this process, a context-specific approach renders each of our projects different.
