Ghoat is a young and dynamic Property Management Boutique. Trading since 2018, we currently manage 25+ properties in London and are looking to expand and share our knowledge and know-how with more landlords.
We offer two kinds of services:
Guaranteed Rent
We help landlords create Co-living spaces within their properties, mainly targeting young professionals.
We manage the Co-living space/ property and also manage the tenants, their daily queries, replacement when needed, and rent collection.
We have a guaranteed rent policy; our landlords have nothing to do, the process is the same as with a classic letting.
Property management services
What differentiates us from other property managers in London is that we only propose one offer, with one fee, which includes all services:
Full management AND (re)letting of properties when it's on the market, and this for all our customers.
