Giam Pharma International Sàrl is a Swiss-based biotech company committed to pioneering innovation in oncology. Building on our deep experience in the therapeutic use of natural extracts, we have transitioned into advanced oncology drug development with a strong focus on safety, toxicity management, and patient quality of life. Our lead asset, Fraisinib, is a first-in-class small molecule targeting GARS1, a metabolic enzyme overexpressed in aggressive tumors such as NSCLC and PDAC. Preclinical studies show potent anti-tumor activity combined with low systemic toxicity.
