Great "Logistical" players understand which pieces they can sacrifice, and which pieces they must take, to ultimately win the game. Proactive logistics include effective product, quality, efficiency, placement, service, delivery, and profitability. The lack of proactive logistics will eventually bankrupt your business. All your beginning moves may look great, but failing to study the opponent results in a loss. Some losses are unavoidable and sustainable; others result in utter defeat with no chance of recovery.
