As an executive coach and facilitator, my approach is grounded, relational and adaptive. My background includes learning and talent strategy, graduate development, team effectiveness and senior leader development. I draw on qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy and psychometrics (MBTI, Insights Discovery), and have a strong interest in mental resilience, performance and wellbeing.
