As an executive coach and facilitator, my approach is grounded, relational and adaptive. I support clients to: ✅ Raise self-awareness ✅ Deepen leadership impact ✅ Navigate complexity, personally and with others I bring over 20 years’ experience in leadership and professional development, facilitation and coaching, having worked across financial services and infrastructure sectors. My background includes learning and talent strategy, graduate development, team effectiveness and senior leader development. I draw on qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy and psychometrics (MBTI, Insights Discovery), and have a strong interest in mental resilience, performance and wellbeing. Clients often say I create a space that feels safe and honest, where they can slow down, think differently and unlock new perspectives. I also bring lived experience of reinvention, rebuilding confidence and finding clarity after periods of doubt. This helps me connect with clients not just as a professional, but as a fellow human navigating change and growth.
