The future of work inclining more towards the gig model, there is a lack of a platform for freelancers and gig workers to highlight their profiles with track records, ratings, reviews and portfolios and to connect with potential employers. We at GigSkill, aim to redefine the employer-employee relationship by providing a platform where they gig workers can mark their presence by leveraging their portfolio. It helps to customise the contract for the freelancing partners, with measurable targets, appraisal system and compensation and thus increase the trust for the employer.
