We at GigSkill, aim to redefine the employer-employee relationship by providing a platform where they gig workers can mark their presence by leveraging their portfolio. It helps to customise the contract for the freelancing partners, with measurable targets, appraisal system and compensation and thus increase the trust for the employer. The platform will create a supportive ecosystem for both parties, irrespective of the type of job.
