Gilehariya

Gilehariya- Ek nayi si Dosti; is a mental health Non-Profit led by psychology majors for teens, and young adults. Here, we also provide people with safe and non judgmental space for self expression while creating a space for art, and ingenuity. We encourage the importance of mental health and professional therapy, by educating them and helping them access a professional when needed. We run an inclusive club for writing, photography, speaking and more where the youth can freely articulate their thoughts and learn with exposure to people from diverse backgrounds. In the advent of a world of social isolation, Gilehariya strives to become a helping hand for this generation, so as to knit a place, where acceptance and change can flourish and can co-exist with recreation.
