Gilmer Consulting LLC supports businesses to provide advice to profitably grow your company. I (Chris Gilmer) am the President of Gilmer Consulting and I have been certified as a business advisor by the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development (OED). OED is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded on the premise of making business owners more successful to grow local economies. I have over 20 years of experience working with large businesses to help them reduce operational costs, improve forecasts, and work on sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue. My personal experience of working with both large and small businesses has provided me tremendous insight in understanding the needs of my clients regardless of the size of their business. I have had the opportunity to build up new businesses from scratch to support the needs of the company from Distribution Operations to relocating businesses and hiring entirely new staff to support a $50MM operation. I have experience with FDA, working with design houses to develop new medical devices, as well as grow revenue by strengthening existing customer relations while seeking new opportunities.
