A person's home is such an intricate part of their life.Being a Transaction Coordinator, I assist agents by getting their files closed and compliant. Paperwork is my passion and I take it upon myself to be your second set of eyes throughout the entire Transaction. Whether we are on the listing or purchasing side, I make sure to review our contracts and disclosures, as well as keep our timeline on track. Being a TC allows me to help you generate more business, that way you won't be stuck doing the paperwork. I alleviate that workload and stress off of you. I keep in contact with all parties in the transaction to have a smooth and on-time closing. I started my career in Real Estate as an Assistant to a top Real Estate Team. This has given me the experience to develop relationships with many professionals in the field from Realtors, to Escrow officers and Lenders. I always handle every transaction as if it were one of my own and now clients can get my knowledge and dedication directly from me! I have processed many different types of transactions including Standard, Short Sale, REO, HUD, Auction, Investment, and Rentals.
