Ginger is a new Asian Fusion Restaurant & Bar offering MediterrAsian tapas dishes along with a wide variety of signature sushi selections. Ginger is well known for offering a tasting menu to have its guests with a full experience of its MediterrAsian Cuisine in a chic, Mykonos like white rounded seatings. Founded by Refik Berkol, ex-CEO and serial entrepreneur Ginger integrates Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques with local flavors and culture. Ginger's Chef Sinan Damgacıoğlu is trained in Japan with a scholarship and has also passion for combining his Aegean roots with Asian gastronomy. You may start a lovely evening with a freshly made cocktails and then grasp a glance of Mediterrasian recipes with a Tasting or A la Carte menu. Reservations are encouraged.
