Gingko House is a privately held social enterprise focusing on senior employment in the food and beverage industry. We currently operate 4 restaurant locations in Hong Kong that include Italian, French and Chinese cuisines. Our catering division operates from a central kitchen located near our head office in Fo Tan. In addition to the restaurants and catering service, we also operate an organic farm [Reg. C10007] that supplies our outlets with locally sourced, organic vegetables. We care about the health of our customers and have a strict no tolerance policy for using MSG and chicken essence powder in the dishes at our outlets.
Company Milestones:
2006 - Opened our flagship restaurant in Central, Hong Kong Island.
2008 - Opened Gingko House Jordan Branch in Jordan, Kowloon.
2009 - Opened the first Chinese "Bie Guan" style restaurant in Prince Edward, Kowloon.
2011 - Hong Kong Kitchen and Gingko Canteens opens
2012 - Elderly employment service agency opens
2012 - Formation of "Wonderful Band", Hong Kong's first elderly citizen band.
2013 - Opening of Gingko House Branch in Jao Tsung-I Academy at Mei Foo, Kowloon
