Ginhawa Freediving

ᜄᜒᜈ᜔ᜑᜏ \gin-hà-wa\ noun. breath. "Ginhawa" is a Visayan term for breath. Through our breath, we ground ourselves to what is present and become mindful of the current moment. This facilitates awareness, relaxation, and acceptance. All of which are essential aspects to freediving. Freediving courses are being taught by Instructor Keith Ocampo.
