> Environmental support in tenders- We advise in composing bill-of- quantities for all environmental aspects, performing risk assessments, as well as writing of environmental methodologies for the construction and operational stages of the project.
> Implementing environmental management plans- We provide our clients an orderly methodology for managing environmental aspects of projects through the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive environmental management plan - EMP.
>Environmental Permitting and licensing- We at Giraffe accompany the environmental licensing and permitting stages by preparing environmental documents, their presentation to the various authorities until their approval. Our team has extensive experience working with district planning committees, the National Infrastructure Committee, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Nature and Parks Authority.
> Environmental Due diligence- For each project we assemble a team of consultants that encompasses all relevant environmental aspects, and provide professional assessments and position papers.
